This is my fourth car purchased from Otto's BMW. The main reason I buy from Otto's is the sales staff. If your thinking of buying from Otto's ask to speak to Heath Cameron he is one of the Best! He is knowledgeable about all the models and plans BMW has to offer. He is very professional and at the same time very approachable. My sales man "Scott:" is very friendly and really fair. I liked his approach that he shared his and his wife's experience with his BMW.
I was looking for a specific CPO BMW X6 which I was unable to find in Atlanta. I found it at Otto's in PA, and did my entire transaction remotely. Scott helped me with financing, transportation, etc. It was easy. Almost easier than going in-person.
Jay Miller made my visit to Otto's a very enjoyable experience. His professionalism, in-depth knowledge of BMW vehicles their systems and his friendly easygoing approach went a long way in acquiring a new 535i. I highly recommend Otto's and Jay Miller in particular for a great buying experience.
