"5 star service" Greeted by friendly staff. Attended to the vehicle in a timely manner. Paperwork completed and ready when the vehicle was done. Exceptional service! Will visit the dealer in the future.

"Great if your looking for a car wash which I was not. " You need to focus on customers for service not the cheapskate looking for a free car wash. You filed an electronic appointment but when I traveled an hour you said you had no appointment scheduled for me. My horn worked fine when I brought it their but when u got almost home and someone almost hit me in my lane I discovered my horn didn't work. Eric was the only thing that settled my issues.

"Stranded driver" I had a flat tire on my way to work. The road side assistance send a tow truck whom took my car to the dealer. I was able to pick up my car the next day.

"nightmare" My vehicle was in the shop for almost 2 months but by no fault of BMW. My Warrenty service sucks, they sent wrong parts, damaged parts and just didn't seem to care but Fields BMW did. Eric Ramos is awesome. He kept us informed all the time and dealt with the insurance company. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

"Great Experience" Eric Ramos is very helpful and professional. I appreciate that he thoroughly explained everything regarding my 320i service. The lounge area in service department was comfortable and allowed me to catch up on emails and some work while I waited ( while also enjoying some green tea). They actually provide ice cream and cones along with some other goodies while you wait. All staff members were polite and helpful from service, to mechanics, to detailers. Thanks for keeping my car in great shape!

"Extremely Positive Experience" Couldn't have been more pleased with my recent experience with Fields BMW South Orlando. I credit it to the expertise and efficiency of my Sales Rep, Jason Price! I have had a number of car dealership experiences in my 60 + years but this most recent experience was by far the best one ever; and its all thanks to Jason Price. I would recommend Fields BMW South Orlando to my family and friends, and I highly recommend Jason Price (be sure to ask for Jason Price, folks)!

"amazing service!" Every time I visit this location for any service on my vehicle I get excellent customer service. Employees are very friendly and kind and always willing to solve any issues. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! :)

"650i Fault diagnosis" Had a problem with my 650i which suddenly developed an electrical fault. Called the dealership and dropped the car off an hour is so later. The car had a battery problem, door lock issue and a split hose on the turbo. All of the problems were sorted the same day and I picked the car up the next morning. The car had previously had the problem with the door locks which the dealership could not find but with the help of some nifty video evidence the fault was addressed on this visit. "Service" Oil change service was performed as promised. Excellent service. Service advisor was professional and courteous. Will always have car serviced with fields south bmw location.
