While I have not gotten a car yet, your Client Advisor Mr. Thoreen has been very accomodating nonetheless as I investigate my options and he has explained everything with sincerity and honesty and of course with enthusiasm. I truly appreciate how he understands that not all car shoppers are ready to buy a car just yet, and sees that I am looking for a particular setup, even if it takes several months to find the one that I like. I have purchased five BMWs over the years from BMW Northwest. The first was in 1988, and more recently, 2016. The customer service is consistently outstanding, for both sales and service. When I'm ready to purchase, I rely on Kevin Lambert to assist. He's always taken good care of me and he's done so well that I may have purchased my last BMW - love my current model and may keep it forever! Service is the same - if they say an hour, it's an hour. Enjoyed our sales experience immensely. Brandon was professional, informative and walked us through start to finish with a easy-going style that felt effortless. BMW Northwest does such a great job! They treat you so well. Also, they are not part of a chain. They are Washington State owned, not part of a Florida or Oregon chain. I recommend them highly.
