When visiting BMW Of The Miami Line you get compete customer service. As I called n for same day service not thinking they would be able to honor I was wrong. I went to BMW Mainline via the suggestion of a colleague who had just recently purchased a new 5 series in weeks prior. We met up Thursday to take a look around the satellite lots near the sales offices. Upon arriving I learned that the quaint BMW dealership on the backroads in Bala Cynwyd is being transformed into the largest state of the art BMW dealership in the country! The service department has very poor customer service. When we go to our Volkswagon dealership for service of our other car, we are given the professionalism we would expect from BMW.
