Very poor service, as usual, when I went in. I informed the service rep that if my car was not ready by the end of the day I would need a loaner. I was called at 5pm on Sat and told they were now closed and that I could not have my car back until Monday. I said I needed my car back and was told again they were now closed. I had to insist that I get my car back on Sat. Service manager stayed late so I could pick up my car, which I appreciated. Not the first time I have received such poor service at this BMW. Read reviews I should have, sales great service after u get your car forget it the worse service I have ever got after spending thousands of dollars an the service mgr rude very rude Themis Galanos this may explain why the service is so horrible when you don’t have strong management with great customer service skills you can’t expecting for a he team to follow suit

If Bill Sampson and KC was not working in that building I would never be leaving this comment for Mainline BMW. I was there yesterday for a last minute appointment called in the AM and I was able to get in right away. I have purchased my 6th BMW from this location because of Bill and KC! I always refer this particular location to anyone who needs to get a car. Thank you for the excellent service throughout the years...
