On my most recent visit, the dealership was more concerned over who was paying for the tire repair than changing the tire. Two hours to change a tire is unacceptable.

Very professional from the time I walked in the door. I walked in stressed out but I left feeling relaxed and reassured.
My first complaint of the day was they could not sync my cell phone to the car. Next, what happened to the service people coming over to discuss your car needs with you! I came in to have the tire pressure check on one tire, then after being asked what the problem was I was asked was the tire pressure check? I answered no, the out of left field a young man say, oh I found a nail....in a different tire! I know it’s to late, but where is the NAIL! I hate going to Mainline .
