I recently leased and returned a vehicle to BMW of the Mainline. I will certainly never do so again. While I had the vehicle the service department personnel were rude and seemed to only be concerned with suggesting that I get service which was not covered by the warranty. When I returned the vehicle at the end of the lease term that pattern continued insofar as they attempted to charge me for a service visit that was not and for a part on the vehicle which did not exist!!! Check engine light came on at 2800-miles which was very annoying, especially bc it’s practically new & after googling multiple ppl reporting codes of engine misfires. Took the car in the next day & even though I didn’t have an appt for a loaner (being as though it was last minute)...Debbie was able to put me in a car once she realized the issue would take longer to investigate than thought. Do not purchase your vehicle from this dealership. This dealership will sell cats with NO security system.. An alarm system in these cars should be standard.. I never owned a vehicle without an alarm system, I thought my car had an security system when locked. My car was broken into, and no alarm sounded. I took it back to the dealer, and after the fact I find out BMW don't install anti thief system in most vehicles today.. I was told by the car dealer to bring it back, and maybe he could sell me a car with an alarm system..... read more
It was the worse
So last night I picked up a loaner from BMW Mainline in Pa only to get home pop the trunk and find a GUN in the trunk � Now I don’t want to touch it or drive anywhere just in case I get pulled over. “We all know the police � are on a shooting spree” 7 am I take the car back to the dealership to show them what I found, they say Sorry � and swap out my car.
