Verified Renter Okay place to live but check before you plan to lease the apartment and some times it is clean sometimes it is not. Service requests take some days to fix and i had bad experience

Poor Quality of Maintenance and Security The management team displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. My maintenance requests were often ignored or addressed haphazardly. Basic repairs took ages to be completed, making the living conditions unbearable. Also, Security was a major concern. There were several instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to the premises, making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. Despite complaints, no significant measures were taken to address this serious issue.

Verified Renter The apartment is lovely. Combination of quiet and clean place. The only thing they should work on is security and access. Key fobs don’t work except to open your apartment front door. They can’t even lock the balcony door. Apartment doesn’t have gates and the ones they have are unlocked. Anyone can get anywhere
