Bradley has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He tells you exactly whats needs to be done and whats going to happen and whats steps will be needed or taken. I have never had any surprises happen while he was working with me. He walks you through every step of the way and answers any and all questions. Quick to get back to you when he says he is going to. It was awesome working with Brad. Starting from the quote, Brad has been very helpful, informative, and friendly. I've shopped around and you'd be surprised at how condesending agents can be when you have absolutely no clue how the system works and ask a lot of questions. Brad talked us through everything and double checked our paperwork to make sure the process would run smoothly. Very responsive.
