Brad takes the time to establish a personal relationship with his clients. He gave clear and comprehensive responses during my first round of working with him. I felt so comfortable, I went back to Brad for my refinance process and received quick responses to all my I inquiries. I would call him in my next home buying purchase as well!
Let me tell you from the first call to Brad he was excellent, he would call me back even at like 10pm if I texted him because I had questions, Brad and Don worked on Saturday and even Sunday for me. I told him we needed to close in 30 days on my purchase before of the offer we had on our house needed a to close in 30 days. Brad said he will do his best and he over delivered we closed in 20ish days with an amazing interest. I can’t thank Brad and Don enough they are the best use these guys.
