He was great. At first when looking to buy a home my credit score was not high enough. He pointed me in a few directions to build my credit up. He is very professional. On top of things. Answered my questions. If he didn't know of the top of his head he would find out and get back to me. I would use Brad Zerbe again.

Brad was simply amazing to work with! He made my first home buying experience a good one, It was a little bit of a long process but I don't have the best credit and he was still able to help me get into a beautiful home that i absolutely love with payments that are affordable. I would 100% work with him again.

Brad is a very pleasant and knowledgeable loan officer. He was there for me through every step of my mortgage process. Brad was able to answer every question given to him and provided additional information to ensure that I was comfortable and understood the process. He even took the time out to answer questions and concerns that were raised by my mother. I would highly recommend Brad to friends and family looking for a mortgage. Getting a mortgage was a stress free experience working with Brad!!

I am a three time customer to Brad and I will never use this lender again. He was not truthful and will tell you that your loan has "no points" but points are eventually added. I never bothered to check, because why would you lie to a repeat customer? I finally noticed the points when it was too late to back out of the deal (my mistake). Gateway and Brad messed up so badly on all the paperwork and we were at the Title company for closing for (no exaggeration) five hours. Brad help us through a complex process of first trying to buy land and secure construction financing which got sidetracked by a restrictive appraisal process, followed by selection, purchase and mortgaging of an existing property instead. He was very patient and responsive, and helpful dealing with some internal bureaucracies that were stressful. He also guided us through a process of debt restructuring that significantly increased our credit score and facilitated getting the financing.
