He was great. At first when looking to buy a home my credit score was not high enough. He pointed me in a few directions to build my credit up. He is very professional. On top of things. Answered my questions. If he didn't know of the top of his head he would find out and get back to me. I would use Brad Zerbe again.

Brad help us through a complex process of first trying to buy land and secure construction financing which got sidetracked by a restrictive appraisal process, followed by selection, purchase and mortgaging of an existing property instead. He was very patient and responsive, and helpful dealing with some internal bureaucracies that were stressful. He also guided us through a process of debt restructuring that significantly increased our credit score and facilitated getting the financing.
Buying a home is an over all stressful process. Mr. Zerbe was very patient and answered all my questions. He really worked with me to help me determine what monthly payment was comfortable for me. He made an otherwise overwhelming process more manageable. Thank You!!!
