Being a first time home owner I thought I was going to have a lot of problems and frustrating but Bradley Zerbe made it painless get all the documents I needed. He explained everything to me and answer any questions I had. If you didn't have the document he will help you get it. After I closed on my house I went through the process again with my aunt and it was just as easy as when it was for me. I would recommend Bradley Zerbe to any one weather you are a first time home owner or not.

Bradley Zerbe was a really good loan officer. He guided my husband and I through the entire process and explained everything step by step so that we understood it all. He was very honest with us, even if it was something I didn't want to hear, he gave it to me straight. It was like he genuinely cared about us getting the right house for us with the right budget. He was very patient with us as this was our very first time being homeowners and going through this process. My husband and I are very satisfied customers.

My parents were hit really hard with the recession. They were renting apt and houses for a few years. At this particular time they were renting a home that was not in the best of conditions. In July there was a house fire and I had to move them in with me and my Newly Married Husband. Talk about a stressful time period and bad timing!!! My wife was 7 months pregnant and we were planning on moving after the pregnancy because we didn’t want to deal with closing on a house and move when my wife went into labor. We found a house we loved and told Brad we needed to close in less than 30 days. We had everything done in 25 days. Brad was awesome to work with and helped every step of the way!
