Horrible service! Doc got upset because I denied a deep cleaning and some other rinse stuff that would have cost me. They did x-rays and then after about 20 minutes the tech came in and polished my teeth. Shouldn’t the doc clean first?? The tech left and didn’t say a word to me. Just left me sitting there in the chair. 20 minutes go by and no one came back, so I left the office. Horrible customer service! The dentist and assistant were wonderful. 5/5. The receptionist was 0/5. She was very rude, extremely unprofessional, didn’t know how to look up my insurance. She puts everyone on hold for long period

Horrible! The back office staff are nice but front desk ladies are very unorganized/unprofessional and made the experience so horrible. I went in for an appt and was scheduled by the manger and apparently she scheduled it incorrectly in which they initially tried to make me come back on another day which I refused cause it was their error. I recently went back for dental work and initially no one addressed me upon checking in and the lady was so rude when she finally did. worst customer experience ever I was supposed to get a referral to them to get my teeth extracted, and then the representative tells me to call back the day before my appointment to see if the referral went in and she tells me the insurance says that they never received a referral that she was supposed to send so then she tells me that before I can go to my appointment the next day I have to call the doctors to get my panel emailed to them I never heard of a place where they have the patient do all the work, but she has the ... read more

I’m here for what would of been my 3rd visit, 2/3 of my appointments have been 45+ min late. Right now I’ve been waiting for over 100 MINUTES for a 10:20am appointment. I had another appointment right after at 11:30, it’s noon and I decided to ask for my X-rays so I could find another provider. I am not waiting 2 hrs for an appointment I scheduled. I've been literally forgotten in the waiting room for hours on two separate occasions, unnecessary reschedules and overall poor customer service and communication. I felt almost shamed by the dentist for having placque when I literally had just told her I have never had a professional cleaning... I will be taking my son and self elsewhere.
