This place is like going to a used car lot. Went in for checkup and cleaning They only just want to up sell and try in real you in for quadrant deep cleaning of teeth. I refused and only wanted regular cleaning and fluoride the Dentist then refused treatment of me! Be very wary! This Bright Now location in Hemet, is more focused on "profit" that their patients. They refused to clean my son's teeth that is covered by our insurance unless I paid them an additional $200 for a "gum treatment" that our insurance would not cover. I have since made another appointment with another local independent dentist here in town and explained to them what had happened, and their dental hygienist was shocked that they would do that to anyone, let alone a child. I like the dentist I've seen but I bought the smile club which is supposed to provide unlimited exams and cleanings. So I'm in for a cleaning and the dental assistant decides I need a deep cleaning which is going to cost $270. I rejected that saying please just to give me the standard cleaning. She refused. She said "You can't have a standard cleaning if my diagnosis is that you need a deep cleaning" so I feel scammed. I did get the exam which I felt was thorough.

This team is disorganized and keep patients waiting an hour past scheduled appointment time. Ortho & General don’t communicate. Lastly, having to listen to Jerry Springer with young kids in the room is not acceptable. Terrible experience.
It is currently 4:03pm. my daughter's appointment was at 3:00pm. We arrived 10 minutes early. We are still waiting to be called back. they aren't sorry. oh and at 4:05 we finally got called and apparently parents are not allowed back with their children.... this is our last visit.
This is my first time to this location and I have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours and still haven’t been seen. Two people walked out because they didn’t want to wait any longer. 7 people have been called back and seen when they arrived after me. I keep asking the front desk how much longer and they can’t provide any answers besides they are short handed. My advice is go somewhere else besides this location. Horrible experience and I’ve yet to even be seen
Got here 5 til 8:30a was told I needed a mask or wait in my car usually I hate doin this I swear but it literally was ppl oh the white ethnicity was not told to do the same or wait in there cars they was there prior to my appt the one other black or biracial lady had a mask it literally was 3 separate white families had no masks while the 3 separate black patients was required on top of that it’s here now 9:33a and we are just being seen a hour past my time as I watch again white folks come in after us go back right away now... read more
