They weren’t able to schedule all of my kids at the same time due to office policy so I have been here three times in the past week. The wait times to be seen are absolutely ridiculous each time at close to an hour each time.

I made my daughters’ a new client cleaning appointment. They started the appointment with an X-ray and the dentist evaluating the X-rays and teeth. We were told we would have to make another appointment for a cleaning. We’ve never had to do that. They have only one dental hygienist but do not tell you this on the phone when you schedule. Upon leaving, we go to schedule the cleaning and they have no appointments until March of 2023. I DO NOT recommend Bright Now Dental in Medina because I called to schedule my family's first appointment. My appointment was for pain in my tooth. I arrived for my appointment on time, there was nobody at the desk when I walked in, i waited a few minutes then sat down. After 30 min of still waiting, I called the office 3x with no answer. Finally someone came out and noticed I was there, then let me know that Wednesdays is only an oral surgeon (which I didn't need) and had to reschedule. I asked about my daughter's ap... read more

I waited 45 min in the waiting room. My X-ray person took probably 20 shots a couple without pointing the machine towards my jaw. The website states that you will have your teeth cleaned OR may be rescheduled. I was rescheduled even though I stressed numerous times that that was the reason for my appointment. I have a knee replacement so I premedicated. I had to have an implant. It failed and I needed a bridge. I had to go to a different doctor to get the bridge. It has been ten months and I have chosen to go somewhere else. Communication between the staff is lacking.

Horrible experience had a appointment on 6/20/22 i have two dental insurances they needed to send in pre auths to both insurances .. I called numerous times to get a update in on what I was told only takes a few weeks of my initial appointment… that didn’t happen they sent it almost a month later in 7/7/22 after I called them to get the first update … then on 8/31 called my insurance to see why the hold up they informed me they requested more information on 6/22 and received nothing and once it’s been more than 60?day the pr... read more
