I went to this location twice and needed teeth removed. I’ve spoke to them a few times before coming in for my second appointment and was told 3 different things on how many teeth were being extracted. The receptionist was rude. The girl that took me back was extremely sweet as well as the one the was assisting the dr for my extractions. RecommendedBy looking at the reviews they should be ashamed and I don't know how they are still in business 🤷♀️. I honeslty don't even know where to start. I took my youngest out of 3 who is 6 yrs old there to get 1 baby tooth pulled because her cap fell off and had an abscess. Mind you before we came to this appointment I was told to you might have to hold her down during the procedure 😳. My daughter paid a pretty penny to have crown work done a few years ago. She is now being told that there's bacteria growing under the crowns & will have to have them redone! Buyer beware.
Worst experience ever. Someone is not doing their job by checking the dental insurance for customers, and keeping up with insurance updates. Due to this I’m not coming back to any of their offices. No one follows up and obviously they don’t care about customers experience. Haven’t received no apology either.
very disappointed, it took 6 appointments for my son to get done with what he went in for the first time for. then they charged him almost $500.00 to take out a couple teeth, which he has 2 insurances for. told him he had to prepay for the service. ive tried calling numberous times and they wont return my call. he was also told when they messed up one of his teeth that was fine that he would have to "baby it til next year when the insurance kicks in again" worst experience i have ever heard of.

Worst dental office in the history of dental offices , went for a cleaning , the inside of my lip got burnt by their polishing tool, no tool was used to scrape the plaque off of my teeth , just a lot of dental babbling , for a dental plan appointment at 3 pm done by 318 pm , not treated right , very very very disappointed in their job , never again will I go here for any dental work , crappiest cleaning job on my teeth , doesn’t even feel any different! Don’t go here! They suck!!!

The dentist here is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff is not. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. The lady that checked me out acted like I irritated her with my questions. It’s ridiculous.
Timing is not their strong point. There’s no point in setting up appointments if they’re going to be late every single time 🤷🏽♂️ by far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental place. Even the girl at the front desk has an attitude. but yes, you guys lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend you I would never take my family. I would never take anybody back to your establishment.
