I have had my braces on for 4 years….4 years when initially I was supposed to have them on for 2. I am 21 years old and I’ve had them since I was 17. The first day I got them on, Broke immediately. BrightNow! Dental in Winter Garden Village is absolutely the worst Frankenstein horror-house dental office EVER!!! “Dr.” Hunter recommended #14 extraction due to “bone loss”. This was discussed Friday 9/16/2022. By Monday the 19th, the tooth was so uncomfortable, I called and was told to come in at 4:50 PM for the extraction. They charged me $350 for tooth extractions and putting in a retainer. Told me that once the retainer tooth comes in they will schedule me for tooth extraction. I waited 1 month and called in to know whats the status. I was committed for a call back with details but no one called. Called back again after 2 months to get the refund of what I paid and the lady on phone was not helpful at all and hung up on me. Can’t even wait in the lobby without a mask, but they don’t tell you that anywhere. Then I can’t even go back with my wife and 2 year old daughter for her appointment. If they are still on this kick about Covid they are in the minority. Covid is not a thing anymore and every medical facility I go to does not require a mask. But the hilarious part of everything is that the woman who told us to wait outside was not even wearing a mask as she told us and proceeded to work behind the desk without one on. They weren’t able to schedule all of my kids at the same time due to office policy so I have been here three times in the past week. The wait times to be seen are absolutely ridiculous each time at close to an hour each time.

I made my daughters’ a new client cleaning appointment. They started the appointment with an X-ray and the dentist evaluating the X-rays and teeth. We were told we would have to make another appointment for a cleaning. We’ve never had to do that. They have only one dental hygienist but do not tell you this on the phone when you schedule.
