Unfortunately,l waited more than two hours the doctor,,was still busy, I believe more doctors are needed,was very tired , I was disappointed I left, spoke to the manager before I leave she was very understanding she apologized , The staff were OKAY

They don’t do what you want they do The opposite when you tell them that you want done with your insurance will pay the start with oh well let’s do this instant that and then they charge you more set of charging insurance they say that I have to pay out-of-pocket and they still don’t do the work that should be done through the insurance

Quoted me an out of pocket price for a deep cleaning, not once but twice, like 2 weeks before the procedure and then charged me more after it was done without a word to me in advance. Very rude and disrespectful girl behind the counter who first lied and said the dental hygienist himself told me and then was like “oh well” and walked away. My insurance has not changed at all in that timeframe. I called the Gig Harbor location around 5 pm because I had a filling come out and it was difficult to eat so I had to make an appointment. No one answered the phone. So I got ahold of the emergency line. He told me it was after hours and they closed at 7. The voicemail for Gig Harbor also said 7. I said "it's 5pm though" and the man on the phone realized that and said he could take a message for me and someone would call me back. Definitely do not recommend!! When I called to make my appointment I told them what I needed done and they said yeah we can help you, it’s 140 just to be seen and then goes up from there based on what they do….I get there have to wait 30 minutes past my appointment they take me back do a X-ray and told me they can’t do anything until September and sent me on my way, did not help with pain no antibiotics did absolutely nothing..while waiting in the office they said they were not scheduling any cleanings until June of 2023, so... read more

I’ve been with them almost 2 years and they are continuously canceling appointments, sometimes they feel like letting you know but most times they do not , you go in for your 6 Month cleaning and their like , we Don’t have an appointment for you sorry , buh bye , they show no remorse , either the doctor is out of the country getting her documents updated or the hygienist doesn’t come in , this hasn’t happened once or twice to us and that is why I’m venting here , it happened again for tomoro , I called to confirm my appointm... read more

My wife had a Bridge done about 3 years ago, then recently it fell down due to poor quality of gluing/cementing it. We called them and reported the issue, and scheduled an appointment for a check up and repair the bridge. We were under the impression that they would warrant their work and service. They re-glued the bridge and charged our insurance and us for full $ amount. We complained and requested that they take responsibility and not charge us, they refused to do so. I would never go here or recommend anyone!

I was not happy with the hygienist that I saw on Wednesday. she was not considerate of my needs and definitely had poor attitude. I definitely will not be going back for anymore services.
