I went in for service on July 20 2021 and paid my entire balance owed that day of $1400 with my insurance paying the remaining $200. I then get a bill in February 2022 for $200 saying the insurance company didn’t cover the service done on July 21 2021. I went the office to dispute the charges and was told management is only in on the weekdays and will call me back. I went back 3 weeks laters and got the same response. This place is the worst. My wife and I had dental work done there and we both had issues with just about everything they did. We had to go back to have rework done many times. The final straw for me was a crown that had to be replaced that they had previously done poorly and they gave me the price beforehand. I had the work done and paid them in full as soon as they completed it. Approximately a year later they send me a bill for $478. Don’t ever ever go to the Lake Stevens office!!! Had several crowns done was told ins covered in full. Then a year later sent me a bill saying I owed money. I called they said they made a mistake on billing my insurance in the past. I said I would compromise and pay half since it was their mistake they said no and would send me to collections if I didn’t pay! I had an implant and crown done in 2000. However, their billing department did not submit the required supporting documents for the claim so my insurance denied the claim. I got a bill recently for $1800 almost two years later from Bright Now. I am shocked and disappointed. To make matters worst I am experiencing pain in the area where I had the implant and crown. Very disappointed, I would not recommend them.

Insurance fraud. Family member paid out of pocket for their procedure and submitted for Medicare reimbursement with insurance company only to find out BrightNow submitted to insurance as well (against policy procedure) and were paid directly. Still haven’t received $1200 reimbursement, four months later. Have contacted multiple times with nothing but run around. Told to contact local branch directly which doesn’t handle billing, yet no way to reach corporate, nor billing department. No effort on companies part to resolve. ... read more

For me they were very pushy about getting work done that was unnecessary. I wanted a regular cleaning and they kept pushing a perio cleaning on me when my gums have been consistently good for a couple years now. The receptionist is rude at the Kent location and they all basically refused to schedule me with a regular cleaning. I am switching dentists!!

As a new patient I have now walked out on two of what I thought were cleaning appointments. Turns out though when I get there, I am told they can't do a cleaning but want to do either xrays, and in one case, an exam, but no cleaning. Why? Good questions as I was given a bunch of BS about their process and how the people who make appointments don't know how the actual dental offices work! I am DONE with BND - forever!!!🤬

My mom went to the Bright Now location in Puyallup to have her wisdom teeth removed. Despite her telling them TWICE that she was allergic to Percocet, they STILL prescribed it to her. When she called the dentist back and spoke to someone to have them re-order the prescription for a different pain medication, they never did so. When she called back a few hours later to check on the status of the new meds, they were closed. Now she is stuck having to recover from surgery without pain meds.
