Worst dental office in the history of dental offices , went for a cleaning , the inside of my lip got burnt by their polishing tool, no tool was used to scrape the plaque off of my teeth , just a lot of dental babbling , for a dental plan appointment at 3 pm done by 318 pm , not treated right , very very very disappointed in their job , never again will I go here for any dental work , crappiest cleaning job on my teeth , doesn’t even feel any different! Don’t go here! They suck!!!
The dentist here is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff is not. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. The lady that checked me out acted like I irritated her with my questions. It’s ridiculous.
Timing is not their strong point. There’s no point in setting up appointments if they’re going to be late every single time 🤷🏽♂️ by far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental place. Even the girl at the front desk has an attitude. but yes, you guys lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend you I would never take my family. I would never take anybody back to your establishment.
Weekend appointments, staff called times to make u going earlier or they threaten u: dentists won’t see u if u 1 min late! And, even u have appointment still would say: can’t see u because we r busy
They didn't check my insurance ended up with a 600 bill always feel like a number and always pushing for more expensive options

I was not informed of the fluoride treatment and something else that I don’t remember what it was because I was not given any paper work. I was just told how much I owed.
no follow up appointment unless you want to wait weeks. no real dentist available. they should tell you this ahead of time. I would of canceled my extractions and went somewhere else. no instructions for after care given or on how to do my dentures. just shoved out the back door and that was it. somehow in 2 days from getting what I would owe went from 3600 to over 4000. did not get any extra service done . its all about the money and not the service
It would be nice if the dentist cared enough to actually send the prescription over to the pharmacy BEFORE she went home. I’m in a great deal of pain due to an infection!
