Unfortunately my wife and me experience bad treatment, take too much time to schedule an appointment and the lab take 3 weeks to return the dental pieces and when arrive it’s no fit right or break faster. My wife’s bridge broke 3 times as soon was installed it and the Doctor said that’s never happened before but the true there’s people whose already know had the same bad experience. Terrible experience. Showed up 20 minutes early to my first appointment and had an issue with my insurance that I fixed right before my appointment. I got bumped from my slot and was told an hour and half later to come back after lunch. So I did, finally saw the doctor and was told I had to reschedule my cleaning. And to top it off, they want to charge out of pocket which my insurance confirmed is 100% covered. Absolutely disgusting.

be more friendly. don't schedule appointments if you can't get people back in time. listen to your patients.

I have state medical insurance and bright now is the provider that I chose. So here is my complaint for the Salmon creek office. 1) When I call as an existing customer I will almost always go to voicemail. If I push "one" as a new customer I will always get someone. This is crap... since I work in a prison I do not have my cell phone available to me. I work 0800 to 1630 and do not even get cell service until around 1730. I don't normally post a review on google or facebook but I received a "please review your experience with us" so here it is. Had 2 of my permanent crown done at this office 2 years ago by dr. Gill, it fell out last week and they told me there is no warranty anymore. Again that was a permanent crown that fell while eating regular dinner. Had 2 teeth pulled. I notified the dentist more than once that I could still feel the pain prior to the extractions. I was given more novacaine once. I could still feel it. I told him. He told me to "breathe through it". Was one of the worst experiences of my life. Twice now I've had my routine cleaning appointment canceled by them (by recording). Beware of this practice. Upon becoming a patient everything was presented beautifully, staff, ease of getting an appointment, attitutudes...everything. I even had my entire family follow me over, to include my daughter-in-law. Well, now let's skip forward a bit of time, I need quite a bit of care. I need just now a bridge done. I am in the prestige.
