Completely and totally incompetent. You can have the best dental insurance in the world and they will flub the billing for a covered procedure, and then send it to collections 2 years later, meanwhile they let your data get breeched so you have to deal with identity theft issues for years. 0 stars, do not recommend.

Always rescheduling, have had at least 4 new orthos over the past 2 years. Assistants have put brackets on upside down, closed wrong spaces which had to be respaced which results in pushing treatments out weeks if not months. No one is ever in the same page. Take your money else where.

Dentist & staff are really nice & professional, however, the oral surgeon is horrific. He pulled out more teeth than he was suppose to. Left roots in 2 extractions. He just said sorry then tried to justify it. I do agree with other reviews that you get a bill for EVERYTHING. Cudos to Myrna, Joy & one dental assistant who are so deserving of a great review.

First time patient and will not be returning! had a appointment for teeth cleaning at 4:00pm today, just to be told at 5:20pm that I had to reschedule, because the hygienist had to leave early due to her anniversary. Very unprofessional and could have reached out prior to my appointment and wasting almost an hour and a half!

I cannot speak highly enough about Bright Now Dental and our dentist at https://diamonddentalassociates.com/in-office-fluoride-treatments-not-only-for-kids-huge-benefit-for-adults-too/. The dentist is caring and competent, and he takes the time to understand your dental requirements. I'm happy that they restored my self-esteem and bright grin. The staff is really kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

They are always running behind , not respectful of anyone else's time. Then when they do call you back you'll wait another 20-30 minutes in the chair. The staff with the exception of the dentist is extremely unfriendly and have horrible followup skills. On numerous occasions they told me they would call with insurance followup and never do, I always have to call them to get answers or take action. I feel I was overcharged. With 3 dental insurances, I am still paying almost 3,000 out of pocket. Paid for denture 350.00 before Covid, and paid again for denture that I finally received after COVID and lots of other charges that were placed on me to receive the denture I had already paid for. The billing department continues sending me bills that I have already paid for thru care credit. There are too many problems with this new billing system. This place does never Grand appointment at the right time. No to mention they diagnose everyone with same illness and obligate treatments that aren't necessary only to charge more $$$. They want to put crowns in everyone when is not necessary. I will do a former complaint to corporate and health insurance. I used to love to go to the dentist until I changed provider. let me add if you decline or can't afford the treatment they refuse to provide standard cleaning that is fully cover with endurance. always The same story.
