This place canceled and rescheduled me without my knowledge and the wait is 2hours my daughter has metal digging in her teeth they just sent her off every since the guy dentist left its trash my friend also left with holes in her teeth

Very rude staff, especially the guy at the desk. Been dealing with it, but after leaving me in the chair an hour and a half waiting to get my cleaned. I was told they didn't have time to do it " closing for lunch " told me I needed to make an appointment! WTH . So Done with Bright Now Dental Lancaster 😡
I had to wait 2 hrs. to get seen April 15. They lost my Xrays from my previous visit 6 mo. prior. I'm on Medicare and I had few choices for dental care so I chose Bright Now. My experience hasn't been that good. Without even seeing my Xrays the young dentist (they seem to change every 6 months), said I need crowns replaced and I have a cavity. 6 months ago another dentist said my teeth were great. I'm getting a second opinion.
The doctor didn’t wear his mask around me and the checkup and cleaning was broken up into two appointments. The check up was not thorough. I felt like it was a complete waste of time.

The front staff is incompetent, they messed up my first appointment by waiting to the last minute to verify insurance. I took time off of work to come in. The second appointment they got wrong and only did exams and no cleaning like requested. They try to up sell procedures that you don’t need. The doctor didn’t even say hi then he comes in. can't get a cleaning appointment for 8 months as a new patient but they'll happily take your xrays. no mention of this when I called for a cleaning in the first place. very deceptive.

Horrible customer service. Every time I book an appointment they call and cancel it and want to schedule me 4-6 months out when I’ve already been waiting that long. Worst experience ever trying to book there. Woman on the phone told me “it’s not my problem, do you want to reschedule or not”…. I highly do not recommend!
