I have state medical insurance and bright now is the provider that I chose. So here is my complaint for the Salmon creek office. 1) When I call as an existing customer I will almost always go to voicemail. If I push "one" as a new customer I will always get someone. This is crap... since I work in a prison I do not have my cell phone available to me. I work 0800 to 1630 and do not even get cell service until around 1730. I don't normally post a review on google or facebook but I received a "please review your experience with us" so here it is. Had 2 of my permanent crown done at this office 2 years ago by dr. Gill, it fell out last week and they told me there is no warranty anymore. Again that was a permanent crown that fell while eating regular dinner. Dr. Kim who saw me said the tooth were the crown is placed is impacted. Which in my opinion they should have check before they put a permanent crown. Had 2 teeth pulled. I notified the dentist more than once that I could still feel the pain prior to the extractions. I was given more novacaine once. I could still feel it. I told him. He told me to "breathe through it". Was one of the worst experiences of my life. Twice now I've had my routine cleaning appointment canceled by them (by recording). Beware of this practice. Upon becoming a patient everything was presented beautifully, staff, ease of getting an appointment, attitutudes...everything. I even had my entire family follow me over, to include my daughter-in-law. Well, now let's skip forward a bit of time, I need quite a bit of care. I need just now a bridge done. I am in the prestige. Horrible customer service. Made an appointment with them back in January for a broken tooth to be pulled. Was told would make an appointment with a different dentist who could actually pull the tooth. Wrote out a price quote and everything. Fast forward to today, 3+ months later. Broken tooth still in my mouth, call bright now and am informed their referral dentist could not pull my tooth. Dr reddy did a crown in my teeth she didn’t do it correctly i had to come back 3x for her to fix it. Dr chaddad the specialist is taken out one of my molar n partial of its still in so now i have to go have it taken out again after 2months! On top of this this office over charged me totally of $270.00 i had talked @ least more than a dozen of times with them no one call me back finally someone said ok will refund the $$$ i havent seen it!
