Very Unprofessional staff, not very knowledgeable with insurance practices, they dont want to call my insurance to see what my benefits are or what's cover they wanted me to pay out of pocket so I can deal with my insurance. I told them I call my insurance and my insurance said that they will pay once they get a claim from them and they kept insisting that I had to pay out of pocket. Find another place to go please.

The referral they gave us for my daughters root canal was not to an In Network endodontist so now I'm dealing with a $2000 bill from the endodontist. Then the crown they put in my daughters mouth does not match her original tooth so now her night mouth guard does not fit. They wanted to take her mouth guard and send it to their lab. Who knows what they would do to that. If they ruin it or destroy it, they refuse to be financially responsible to replace it. After paying over $3000 for it originally, no thank you. They allowed people in without masks and some of them weren't wearing any, the dentist didn't work on an exposed nerve because he didn't like the size of my mouth and didn't even try to work on it. Sat for 3 hours for nothing. Eastvale office.

They are crooks and thieves and liars!!! Don’t trust anyone there especially the front office staff. They lie and try to bill you for things they don’t even have to do!! Don’t come here and be sabotaged. Get a second opinion and you will see all their recommendations are lies!! Said I had three cavities and I paid cash to another doctor and he said I didn’t. Quoted me 5000$ worth of bs!! DONT GO HERE!!

ONE HOUR 55 MINUTE WAIT PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME. Told me it would be one hour when I walked in 15 Minutes before my appointment. Told to wait in care for call.

Inept scheduling at office & corporate level. Inconsistent office hours. I have shown up twice for appointments after receiving a text confirmation only to find the office closed. My latest appointment 7/15/2020 was confirmed, then received phone call to reschedule. Had a cracked crown with exposed tooth. Was told to arrive at 9:30 to do paperwork for a 10:00 appointment. Was not given any paperwork, was not called in for appointment until 11:00, doctor didn’t see me until 11:30. Left office at 12:30. No apologies for delays... read more

Office manager Ann Marie was extreme rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to see this new dentist specialist because my doctor had left to another office. She was looking into my chart and she was talking to my wife when I am the patient there so I told her speak to me then had the nerve to say if you want I can give the address where your old dentist went and you can go there. I call her boss and they never got back to me.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Went in to have a chip fixed on my front tooth and the dentist put bonding material on my porcelain front tooth. It fell off the next day. Came to discover that you cannot put bonding material on a porcelain tooth. I was told I would get a refund and this has not happened. The office manager has treated me very poorly both in voice communication and not extending me a full refund. She wants me to pay for and examination this, in my opinion, incompetent dentist did. 0/10. From the front desk when I called just to sign in, “Debbie” was insanely rude. Then, I was assured after insisting I’d rather local anesthetic, that my child did not need it there would be no pain... in a filling for a permanent tooth... Now, I’m not a dentist so I have no idea. I trusted them. Only to have my 9 year old screaming and crying in pain. He’s had fillings before and does great with dental work.
