Most poorly run operation ever! Over an hour late on appointments..no real explanation or reason. Told that sometimes folders get put in a stack in different order and they just take whoever. After having taken a child out of school for an appointment and leaving work to get the child there..to wait over an hour for an appointment is unacceptable. Will not be coming back again.
call center told me one visit then office splits it in two. i was told one price to pay then was charged an additional price. when i questioned the price i was given a hand written note instead of an invoice. dentist and xray was nice but front desk was rude on entry and exit
My experience was traumatizing. I chose this place because of the 5 star ratings it had on google. I did not have a good experience The girl who took my xrays seemed very inexperienced and the dentist carelessly stabbed me inside the cheek (I've had these shots before and this was the worst) with a needle. Completely missing where the pain was only to fill up my entire cheek. Then proceeded to file and poke at my infected tooth. And was not very pleasant. My visit was terrible, I went in for my yearly cleaning that was covered by my insurance company, nothing more. Because I wouldn't subscribe to their "periodontal program" which coincidentally would cost me several hundred dollars out of my pocket they REFUSED to give me a cleaning. This is the second time I left one of their offices without getting my teeth cleaned. The new staff especially management is VERY RUDE.. All of the original crew is gone!!! A friend of mine,who shall remain nameless,was just put under for her teeth and moments before a precedure when mgr. interrupted asking for her payment before continuing!!! WHAT??? This is TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR And really surprised the Doctor as well...
"Less than impressed" with the Bright Now in North Olmsted would be an understatement. My husband and I just moved here and he started having pain on one side of his mouth last week and was overdue for a cleaning. We figured we'd try Bright Now because they have a discount for Teamsters members - or they seem to; the paper we got from them in the mail says it's applied before insurance, but at the dental office the woman at the desk said it's only after your insurance is maxed out, so who really knows. Very unprofessional. Like many it is hard to get off work and to be able to afford services at dentist office's. I scheduled my appt 2 weeks in advance to have a cleaning (which time was not allotted for at my initial exam) and to have fillings done. When I called and scheduled my appt with the office manager I made it very clear that it is hard to get off work and I would like the most done at the time of my appt that could be. Unprofessional and no warranty on their work!! If I want my root canal fixed on something they did not do right, I have to pay about $1,900 again to get it fixed 🤬
WORST place ever do not go here they broke my tooth charged me for it now won't fix it!
