9:30 appointment waited 30 minutes. Cleaning person ok....never ask if I wanted fluoride.....even though I signed to pay for it....didn’t pay for it when leaving
First and foremost: I rarely write a negative review but in 6 months time I have had several issues with this office! This place is completely incompetent. I’ve had several problems to the point I’ve spoken with the office manager, Janine. The dentists, in particular Dr Ezzy, do not document pertinent information ie surgeries in your chart. take to long in lounge before seeing Dentist
I go to the office because my insurance assigned me there and I used to work with the doctor, but if I could go some place else I would. The company isn’t able to keep a hygienist, so it’s always super difficult to get an appointment. On top of that my 8 year old daughter just received fillings last week and she left with her feeling hurt. stay away from this place
I want to start by saying I have NEVER posted a negative comment about any product or service in the past. But this experience was so bad I had to take the time to do this. I specifically made an appointment for my 2 1/2-year-old for his first dentist visit with the only pediatric dentist on staff. Arrived 10 minutes prior to our 8:30am appt yet was not called back to the exam area until 9:10! i have had multiple horrible experiences here years back. i have made sure anyone looking for a new dentist office not to go here.
