Although Doctor at this location was very pleasant the rest of the staff was insufferable. I couldn't even count how many times the frond dest responist rolled their eyes at me and making snide remarks to each other while I was talking to them.... I was being extremely polite may I add. They really just added to the stress of my 4 wisdom teeth removal that day.

Don’t go to this place! This dentist is a thief he is always trying to charge for things that you don’t need. And the reason that i know is that on the 3/20/20 i had an appointment for an extraction on a tooth, after the X-rays, and examination he send his front receptionist to explain the procedure and that i need it to pay over $300 dollars . I am writing this and making it public as desperate plea for help. I’ve exhausted all avenues at this time and point for a serious health issue. dentist dr. ju the worst. on multiple visits. only went back due to the payment plan being setup for my treatment on a bridge for the front teeth I had root canals done on. please find another local dentist if you already hate the dentist. dr. ju will add to the dentist fear & scare you like he did me. not physically of course

I went to my appointment on Friday March 6 to get a consultation on my 1 tooth pooled. There I ask if my other tooth was going to cause any problems and the doctor said YES, later on. So I said we’ll I would like both pooled. Well to my surprised they wanted to do it there and now. The lady in the front desk came in the room and asked me to sign and after I did she said it was $820 dollars. 9:30 appointment waited 30 minutes. Cleaning person ok....never ask if I wanted fluoride.....even though I signed to pay for it....didn’t pay for it when leaving

First and foremost: I rarely write a negative review but in 6 months time I have had several issues with this office! This place is completely incompetent. I’ve had several problems to the point I’ve spoken with the office manager, Janine. The dentists, in particular Dr Ezzy, do not document pertinent information ie surgeries in your chart.
