Notified at my appt Tuesday, because I had a cough, I had to reschedule my appt, due to change in corporate policy dealing with Coronavirus & other illnesses. Suggestion - as many text messages as your office sends as reminders for appts, maybe update your texts to notify patient if they have a cough to call for a reschedule instead of wasting patients time showing up for appt that required a reschedule.
The staff was unprofessional and not interested in communicating with me when I was there. From the time I walked in to the time I left someone was either with me 9r talking to me for maybe 10 minutes of the whole 2 hours I was there. No one said anything to me in the lobby. Once the x-ray tech finished my x-rays and took me to an exam room no one came around for 30 minutes. A lady looked at my teeth for 2 minutes. they did a root canal on me when I wasnt scheduled for it. the doctor said "wanna know a fun fact?" as he pulled my nerve out of my mouth and proceeded to tell me what it was, horrifying experience.

Asked to use restroom and the public restroom was inoperable, however they had an employee rest but the receptionist had to ask permission if I could use it. An hour and 1/2 later she says yes. Also I believe there just after $$$ and try to get more out of my insurance company so they are billing them for more care than I need

I’m convinced they have to be paying people to leave good reviews. Between the horribly rude staff, the incompetence of the doctors, and the way they abuse children, I will never go back here. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. It’s a wonder they haven’t been shut down yet but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time.

Bright now dental was so amazing the first time I went. They were truly helpful and caring. They aren’t a let’s judge someone and make them feel like crap about their teeth. I called today to reschedule an appointment stating why I needed to be seen, needed a cavity filled, and they went ahead and saw me same day! I thought great! This is amazing. A friend of mine had dental work done here and was treated horribly. Absolutely NO way I would ever recommend this place and I will be passing along my opinions to anyone who will listen. This "dentistry" needs to learn a thing or two in customer service and the power of word of mouth!
