Bright Now Dental has not helped at all with the repair of my mom's dental plate. Dental plate was dropped off at Huber Heights office on April 28 and still no answer to where it is, is it fixed or when will she get it back. (Now it is May 8) She was told it would be back by April 30. This has been a huge problem. My mom is 89 years old and hasn't been able to eat properly since April 28. This has been so stressful and not helpful for anyone especially someone who is 89.

Worst customer service experience ever! Constant issues with scheduling and cancellations. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost because they do not have it together with accurately quoting costs.

I have no idea how they would improve. It's an established bad dental practice. And the problem starts of an owner Dr.Kreem.

I had an appointment on Tuesday, April 25th at Satellight Beach Florida location....couldn’t fit me in that day, even with an appointment. I waited for almost 2 hours! Rescheduled for April 30th. They took my temp before appointment everything was fine. I was to wait in my car, that someone would come and get me(Covid-19 rules)I waited an hour, then called the business number to see how long I would have to wait!
