BEWARE if you’re a cash customer, they’ve pretty much tripled their prices in the last 6 months!!! In August my son went in for a checkup, cleaning and X-rays and it cost $113. Today, for just a cleaning and x-rays they told my husband it would cost over $300! He declined 2 of the added services they wanted to do and still ended up paying over $200. listen to your patiences all I wanted was a new upper plate done and they kept talking about x rays they needed to take,well I don't need this and when the dentist came in he said 2 months for them to come in no way,but they dont a thing for me and still charged me 29.00

Hi. The last 2 times I have went I have had to wait. And they said I was going to get cleanings and I haven’t. And my mom was supposed to get her teeth cleaned to and she didn’t :(

Sadly, I hate to not recommend a business, but I was very poorly treated. My family and I will be finding a new dentist. When working with the public and appreciating people are taking off work to come to their appt. things happen, yes you have to reschedule, but be kind and respect the customer. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Waited almost 45 min past my appointment time before I finally left. Place smelled like cat urine. Seemed unsanitary for a Dentist Office. I’ll get a different Dentist

Place is awful getting ready to file complaints everyplace possible. Had a 9:30 spot today for cleaning and xrays. They actually sat me in chair and had 2 people tell me they dont have time for xrays and cleaning. You have to schedule 2 appointments when I did it was out until June. They also suck at cleaning teeth never the same people and do a lousy job. Will never go back and when I left full waiting room. Those poor people would be there for hours!! Never mind how rude the people at the front desk are. Really worst place... read more

I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. They diagnosed a problem completely wrong that would have caused pain and an expensive bill. They did not treat me as a human being, it seemed as if they only cared about getting me in and out so they could go home. Dentists have never been my favorite but they made my perception of them worse. After getting a second opinion from another dentist I am even more displeased and upset with Bright Now Dental.
