This was the worse experience I ever had at a dentist and will NOT go back. They made me wait 1 1/2 taking people in before me. I asked why and they excuses and then ask me to come back because they could not help me that day!

Would not recommend Bright Now Dental. We took my son to the one in Miamisburg. The lady at the front desk was friendly and so was the female who has sons in their 20's who took us back and did the xrays on my son. As we were being taken back, a young man came barging through the door and almost hit the woman and my son and didn't apologize. Return Calls! I have been waiting a week for a return call. My insurance does not cover a procedure after March. I need my teeth pulled and they said they needed to make sure the have the sedatives and will call me back... that was Monday. Can I get a status update... It is Saturday the 8th. I have until the 29th! PLEASE!?!? PRETTY PLEASE!?!

The staff at bright now 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 where fantastic. My only concern is that the customer service call center , was false advertising to me as a patient. Do not tell me that the Dentist can fix my issues with one appointment, I was informed after I arrived that it was not possible. So please do not make promises that you can not keep.
I had an appointment yesterday where I went in for dental pain, a visible hole in my tooth, and what appeared to be exposed root. The dentist refused to help me stating to put orajel on it and come back in a week. After telling them multiple times they were looking at the wrong tooth they dismissed me refusing to help. They made me feel like a complete inconvenience. I went to the Tulare office right after for an actual exam only to find out that the same tooth had a fracture and three cavities. So much for helping patients!

I have been coming to Bright Now Dental for the past five years, and I’ve watched it decline in professionalism for a while now. In the past, I'd ignored the Pereodontist who showed up hungover and told me I didn't need to be there. I've ignored the multiple overcharges (that the company still hasn't paid back). worst dental experience possible. There was no hygienist there to clean my teeth, but they were happy to do an exam and insist that $5000 of dental work needed to be done. I refused to commit to any of it and asked to just schedule my cleaning that I should have gotten that day. She tapped into her computer, "Let's see...... our next availability is........ Terrible experience! Went in with tooth pain and walked out with tooth pain. All they wanted was money and I have insurance. Would not even pull a bad tooth. Wanted 500 time even touch my mouth. Never going back! ₩
