Worst experience ever they lied to me saying my insurance covered it and slapped me with an expensive bill won’t recommend this place to anyone just a money hungry business.

Horrible experience except for the dentist- she was nice. The scheduling person lied to me- they will not use nitrous for a cleaning (I specifically asked that question). Front office staff was ok but not at all helpful. X-ray tech was rough and caused sores in my mouth. They take 16 xrays at your initial appointment...and will not do a cleaning! Dentist was nice but only talked about redoing current fillings.

I had an appointment at 12pm for a routine check up and clean. I checked in at 1140 and wasn’t seen until about 130p. They took xrays then sent me back out to the lobby because they didn’t have any open chairs. I was called back in around 140p had my check up and cleaning. I was told I need a couple of fillings but they didn’t write it in my chart so the techs working on me had no idea. I would definitely recommend Bright Now in Lancaster, as the office staff and Doctor have always been beyond kind and professional, however, our family had a recent experience with an Oral Surgery Assistant who was one of the most unprofessional and unkind workers I have ever encountered. She seemed to really feel as if it were ok to use me and my loved one as the butt of her "inside joke" and assuming we would not notice. BEWARE if you’re a cash customer, they’ve pretty much tripled their prices in the last 6 months!!! In August my son went in for a checkup, cleaning and X-rays and it cost $113. Today, for just a cleaning and x-rays they told my husband it would cost over $300! He declined 2 of the added services they wanted to do and still ended up paying over $200. Don’t you think it would be good for them to let their customers who’ve used their services for a couple years know they’ve radically increased their prices? Needless to say, ... read more
