I went to have my exam and teeth cleaning that is covered by my dental insurance. After having a series of xrays, a dental technician came in to “evaluate” my teeth. Next, I saw the dentist, who said that my teeth looked great and I obviously looked after them. The original hygienist then came back with a print out saying that my teeth needed a deep clean that would cost me $650, and that was after insurance. Without insurance it would cost $1650. Dr. Jay is very rude and uncaring. He acts if he is put on this earth to be condescending ,no bed side manor if you will. He spent all this time with another person being super nice. comes in delivers some devastating news and walks out. His assistant is the one who is trying to comfort me and trying to work out a plan, then it dawns on me he is the dentist that I saw the the last time. I was here 3 years ago. He made me feel horrible then.

I used to be a fan, but not anymore. At least the office in Westminster, CO. is now in the business of constantly trying to "up sell" services that you don't want or need. The staff is nice, but they need a new dentist.
Yesterday I waited only 1 minute to be taken in for my cleaning. 😁
I have never seen such in competence, my partials were broke the first time, the mold was broke the second time and 3 months layer are still trying to make the broken ones work. I have been hung up on by staff members that called and woke me up. they have failed to call the right pharmacy twice now and yelled at me for it. no I would not recommend them

Thanks to all my people on social media who told me to change doctors based on my bad experience with your located due to your front lady staff . At least they care 😔 You don’t treat people and out them on this long waiting list which she did in retaliation of my requesting to speak to corporate of her protocol . She had no shame to talk down to me in the office too ... super u professional she must be from Fresno .

I moved the area and found what I thought was a network provider with my very good dental insurance. I missed my routine dental appointment and went here to Bright now. I went in office and had xrays and they did a scaling on my teeth $400 and did not tell me I had to pay $300 ahead and I needed to pay after first visit. Then I just got a bill for $200 saying my insurance did not cover I had a indemnity plan. I would not recommend going to them. they are a rip off.

I cane in to get a bi-annual check-up. I went back for x-rays and after a consultation with the dentist I was asked to sit in the front area until the hygienist was able to get me for the cleaning portion of my visit. Then a lady came out to give me $1,000 estimate for a crown and one filling for my out-of-pocket. I told her I would be going elsewhere to get a second opinion.
