After taking a day and a half off of work to get 2 cavities filled, they still aren't taken care of. It was supposed to be taken care of yesterday but the dentist had to leave early. Was I notified of this? No. So I took today and their equipment failed. I was numbed and ready to go and the compressor went down. Very disappointed!

Muy mala abministracion inventan para sacar mas dinero
Late cancellation after I had made many arrangements with my children, etc. to make it to the appointment. Dental assistants didn’t appear to know what they were doing. They treat you like a number not like a patient. No dentist on site on Fridays so they did not check my teeth after cleaning and now dental issues arising from not getting checked at last appointment. their h.r dept is so unprofessional. I wouldnt dare work for this company ever. not only you get called in for a scheduled interview they end up sending you emails stating the opposite response. I have had better experiences at other qualified facilities than this place.

The office stopped performing oral surgery, which is fine, but their schedulers don’t know that and I wasted a morning off just getting an X-ray I could’ve gotten at my oral surgeons. It is concerning because I just had oral surgery done there less than a year ago. I also got conflicting treatment plans regarding my wisdom teeth and braces causing me pain for a year. There was a bug in the ceiling light crawling around, and the equipment looks old. If they don’t have the tools to perform dentistry what do they do?

Horrible experience. Been there with all the family members, for 2 years. They screw up with the insurance, and after 10 months, asked me for money. They make you sign a document where it states that you are personally liable, if the insurance doesnt pay, so legally my hands were tied. The insurance refused payment because they said the procedure wasnt needed. Brightnowdental, didn't appeal, and charged me instead. After having teeth removed at a different dentist and still having pain in my mouth in the same area I decided to come here. I’m glad i did cause they were so much more in-depth with their exams now I know what exactly needs to be done.
