Sent my husband there for a tooth ache. Made the appointment he ended up waiting an hour to be seen past his appointment. Offered to replace his old filling and came in with a quote for a composite filling (which our insurance does not cover) I talked to the lady on the phone while booking the appointment and stated he would need a silver filling being it’s on a back tooth and she said not a problem. They messed up my x-rays, drilled the wrong tooth, and now one of the teeth they drilled, is broken in half. DO NOT GO HERE!
I have been going there for years and this is the first time I have felt like the treatment I received was bad!!! The doctor was rude and less than caring. I told him I felt pain on one side he gave me another shot when he went to other side I told him again he never stopped or gave me a shot. I raised my hand I grunted it hurt. He said it was just pressure. It HURT he never stopped until all 4 teeth on left and right side My mouth is cut on both sides. Never again will he touch me
RecommendedCame to Bright Now Dental with some rly rly bad and nasty teeth and completely scared outta my wits! I was not sure the whole time I was sitting in the waiting room and then they took back did x-rays and took me to a room....Im rly ready to run now they were nice and tried to calm me at this point I'm a scared rabbit ready to bolt. First of all I do not even usually write google reviews if it is for a poor experience because a lot of things are minor and can be swept under the rug... But let me just say I DO NOT recommend Bright Now Dental Melbourne office.... their call center is not in good connection with the actual office, they’ll give you misleading information regarding insurance because they assume things and don’t ask for all the correct information. I got in for an emergency appointment this last weekend only to find they aren’t going to do anything for me except an X-ray & a fee. I was in so much pain. And the cost for a tooth extraction was way way way overpriced!
use better materials for temporary crowns, so they don't crumble like mine.
My mom has had insurance issues with this office since they can’t bill the insurance correctly. Trying to help her clear up the issue and had to deal with nothing but poor customer service. I’m not a customer and would not recommend this office to anyone.
1 year ago I had several fillings, doesn't several hundreds of dollars to get them fixed. here I sit 1 year later and every single filling they have done, I've had problems. I will NEVER EVER go back to Bright Now Dental
