The hygienist didn’t show so the dentist did the cleaning very rough very sore OUCH

Waited an hour in the lobby, got x-rays (lady who did these was very nice!) and now I’ve been waiting almost an hour to see the actual dentist. Staff keeps making negative remarks as they work or walk by. Employee just walked behind me and said she wanted to “blow her f’ing head off”. If no one sees me in 20 minutes I’m leaving. This is ridiculous.

I would NOT recommend Bright Now Dental. I've gone there twice in the last 2 months as an emergency visit, experiencing excruciating pain in a tooth. Both times I was told it was due to the cleaning previously done. The pain got even worse,left several messages with the answering service that it was an emergency, she assured the dentist would call. I do not recommend them they lied to you over the phone when you get there to get the work done they tellyou have to pay almost $700 to get the work done because your insurance don't cover everything after they tow it does then two weeks later they call you up and tell you owe me another $200 because they misread your insurance paper and then it cover everything I think there are they are Crooks they get you in the chair and start doing the work they may charge you more than the workers worth and they don't even do very good... read more

Let’s start from the beginning. A few months ago, I started going for the convenience. They told me that several of my fillings that I got when I was much younger needs to be replaced and that it’s totally normal to need them replaced every five years. This is news to me. BEAVERTON BRIGHT NOW SUMMONED THE POLICE WHEN I QUESTIONED MY TREATMENT! Hi! Horrible experience. I’ve been a long-time patient at Beaverton Bright Now Dentist. When a crown fell off, I questioned why I needed my gums cut (gingivectomy) when all I needed was to have the crown replaced.
