First of all I do not even usually write google reviews if it is for a poor experience because a lot of things are minor and can be swept under the rug... But let me just say I DO NOT recommend Bright Now Dental Melbourne office.... their call center is not in good connection with the actual office, they’ll give you misleading information regarding insurance because they assume things and don’t ask for all the correct information. I got in for an emergency appointment this last weekend only to find they aren’t going to do anything for me except an X-ray & a fee. I was in so much pain. And the cost for a tooth extraction was way way way overpriced!

My mom has had insurance issues with this office since they can’t bill the insurance correctly. Trying to help her clear up the issue and had to deal with nothing but poor customer service. I’m not a customer and would not recommend this office to anyone.

1 year ago I had several fillings, doesn't several hundreds of dollars to get them fixed. here I sit 1 year later and every single filling they have done, I've had problems. I will NEVER EVER go back to Bright Now Dental

I never write reviews, but this experience prompted me to write one. This was my first time coming here. I switched insurance and needed teeth cleaning. I chose this location because it was close to my house and they had a decent rating on google reviews. I should have looked at the yelp reviews as well, but it didn’t cross my mind. My fillings from this place chip after a few months AND they never file them down enough after they put them in.

I have been a patient for years. I went for my 6 month checkup and cleaning. Rhonda who usually takes care of me no longer works there. I was asked by who took me back if I wanted fluoride-no, cancer screening-no, exam-well yes that is why I'm here. Well that is $29 extra. ??? So I guess not if it isn't covered by my insurance. My insurance covers exam and cleaning 2 times per year and x-rays once a year. So I get a cleaning by the dentist....which I wonder when dentist started doing that instead of the hygienist.
