My experience at your dental office was horrible!! I was told to be there 30 minutes early for paperwork and it took an hour to get called in for X-rays!!! Then another 20 to 30 minutes to have someone else measure my gums!! Then another 15 to 20 minutes to do a scan of my teeth/bite!! Then the dentist comes in and tells me that I need work that I don’t, but they needed to check on a treatment plan?? Hey people, I only wanted a cleaning!!! RecommendedI had a deep cleaning done and my hygenist was Angela and let me tell you: she's literally an angel. Truly incredible and she made one of the worse things to have done (at least in my mind) into literally the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. 10/10

Staff is great. Drs that I have seen very competent. My problem is I went to the same dentist for 15 years and he retired. When I go to Bright Now they have both hands in my wallet every time I go there.

Sent my husband there for a tooth ache. Made the appointment he ended up waiting an hour to be seen past his appointment. Offered to replace his old filling and came in with a quote for a composite filling (which our insurance does not cover) I talked to the lady on the phone while booking the appointment and stated he would need a silver filling being it’s on a back tooth and she said not a problem. They messed up my x-rays, drilled the wrong tooth, and now one of the teeth they drilled, is broken in half. DO NOT GO HERE!
I have been going there for years and this is the first time I have felt like the treatment I received was bad!!! The doctor was rude and less than caring. I told him I felt pain on one side he gave me another shot when he went to other side I told him again he never stopped or gave me a shot. I raised my hand I grunted it hurt. He said it was just pressure. It HURT he never stopped until all 4 teeth on left and right side My mouth is cut on both sides. Never again will he touch me
RecommendedCame to Bright Now Dental with some rly rly bad and nasty teeth and completely scared outta my wits! I was not sure the whole time I was sitting in the waiting room and then they took back did x-rays and took me to a room....Im rly ready to run now they were nice and tried to calm me at this point I'm a scared rabbit ready to bolt.
