I have been a patient for years. I went for my 6 month checkup and cleaning. Rhonda who usually takes care of me no longer works there. I was asked by who took me back if I wanted fluoride-no, cancer screening-no, exam-well yes that is why I'm here. Well that is $29 extra. ??? So I guess not if it isn't covered by my insurance. My insurance covers exam and cleaning 2 times per year and x-rays once a year. So I get a cleaning by the dentist....which I wonder when dentist started doing that instead of the hygienist. Just had a very bad experience here with staff. The hygienist had an emergency n left early last Saturday 10/19 and was told when I showed up for my appointment, I rescheduled I understand an emergency. Today, 10/26 I show up for my 10am appointment and I asked if the hygienist was in and was told she called out sick!! Wait now appointments times here start at 7am!! So two front office staff members sitting down doing nothing could not pick up a phone, call me or other patients to reschedule or cancel appointments! so now t... read more
Was not impressed with the wait, dentist repeating himself and billing clerks incompetence. Also not impressed with the people dropping by with what seemed to be complaints and confusion. The whole thing was way too time consuming.

I don't recommend anybody goes to this facility my family member went there in June because their dog chewed on their dentures and needed replacements and then they get told to come in every week almost and every time they go in they keep meeting insurance information because they keep misplacing it so the lack of controlling personal information is absolutely ridiculous and then for my family member not to get their dentures until October is outrageous do you know what that does the somebody self esteem and to play games in... read more

Whoever answers the phone needs to be replaced or given another job. she is extremely rude and short. I had to catch myself before I told her about herself! Aside from that, dentist office is clean and inviting as are the employees in the back.

She did not floss or polish my teeth. The Dr was busy and could not see me.
