I didn't like it since i had an appointment at 8am and the hygienist was two hours late and i was not notified till i got the appointment � I am going to give then another try!!!!
Place is very unprofessional. I called a whole week before my appointment to make sure I was okay to get my teeth cleaned and everything was as scheduled. I get here after making a four hour drive from school. To be told on the DAY of my appointment that I can’t get my teeth cleaned. Why didn’t anyway tell me when I called last week? Why did I have to get here to be told I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned? Just know I won’t be back and to anyone else reading this save your time and go elsewhere!!!
Bright Now in Burbank is overcharging and ripping people off. My wife went in for a checkup and was told she needed additional work done (we expected this was the case) the out of pocket price they gave us shocked us both and didn't seem right based on what I knew of my insurance coverage. After consulting with our insurance, others who have had similar work done, and finally other dentists we found out they are charging nearly 4 times the price for similar work done else where. Good Dentist and personnal have left real short of people there
They lied to me or someone mis-read thier patient instructions. They said I needed a deep cleaning and when I came back for it; they never did it. They just re-cleaned my teeth a second time; NOT A DEEP CLEANING.Took one year to find out they never did what they said they did. I had to have the Parma Hts Office do the work THEY DIDN'T DO and it ended up costing me A LOT more than originally quoted. I feel like they put my oral health care in jeopardy instead of taking care of it as I trusted them to do
Been coming here for over 20 years and I have been very un-happy the last several years. If it was not for Dr.Rico and a few other very nice employees that have known me since I was a kid I would of quit coming here. If you decide to get braces here get a second opinion somewhere else first. Horrible...waited 1 hour in the room before Dr. Chen came in....took all x-rays never had a cavity in my life but once he found out my insurance company he wanted to fill all my teeth due to lack of "enamel "lol....what a scam....still no cavities!! Thanks but no thanks!!
