When i make it a point to leave my job in time to make it to my daughters ortho appt only to find out upon arrival that they are running 15-20 minutes late (which is now 40 minutes) i am not happy. I had a very bad experience there today. It started with waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen. After the dentist examined me he said I needed a crown replaced that they had replaced three and a half years ago. Prior to that the crown was on my tooth for 27 years but when I became a new patient they said it needed to be replaced and would last a lifetime. He said something about a space in it and that the dentist at their practice that did it use the wrong composite? That dentist is no longer there. ... read more

This place is a bunch of crooks! I will never go back after the nightmare we have dealt with! My husband was told he needed a filling, and we did did the procedure, which then turned into needing a root canal one month later from their "endo specialist." We just recently went to an endodontist outside of their offices to be told it should've been a root canal from the beginning, and getting a root canal now will not fix the problem due to a crack in the root. New to the office.... Was there 45 minutes early.... Still made me wait over an hour.... They were to verify insurance before the day of my appointment yet did no such thing..... Will never go back..... Told my daughter she has 3 cavities, she didn't believe them went to another dentist her teeth were perfect no cavities.....hummm... Just trying to get more �??????
