My experience was similar to other reviewers I have read on Yelp regarding the aggressive "upselling" technique by this office. After being rescheduled twice, I finally had my dentist appointment this morning. My appointment was for only a routine cleaning. After the dentist looked at my teeth, he told me I would need a "deep cleaning" procedure. (Of course, this procedure is much more expensive than a routine cleaning). Horrible service. Rude receptionist. Left me waiting for an hour, despite having a confirmed appointment. Dr. Mason is great, but his support staff is rude, unorganized, and incompetent.

I called to make an appointment a week in advance they ask for all my membership ID my coverage every number possible on my cards I get to my appointment and they call to verify my eligibility then. But because it's now after hours because they're open till 7pm they will not see my kids don't you think they should have confirmed it when they got my information??? not after hours since the office is open till 7 but the insurance closes at 5. Very unprofessional!!!

Was not acknowledged after sitting there for 30 minutes. A woman that came in 20 minutes after me went right in and another gentleman was given paperwork to review upon arriving. But I did learn how one of the secretaries had to down size in freezer space and how frustrating that was.

This place is a nightmare! The waiting room is often crowded with people who have either been waiting long past an appt time or merely to get their checkout paperwork so they can leave.

Where do I begin? My husband and I moved from Ks and had one of the best dentists ever so it's always hard to start over with a new one. I talked to many people before I decided on this place and also found they would take our insurance. My husband had an appointment last week and said the dentist reeked of smoke and that he smoked a cigarette before, during and after his appointment.
