A very bad experience today. It started with waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time until they began with me. Then the dentist that examined me told me I needed a crown replaced that had already been replaced by one of their dentists three and a half years ago. I had that original crown for 27 years and when I started with bright now they said I needed it replaced. This place is a bunch of crooks! I will never go back after the nightmare we have dealt with! My husband was told he needed a filling, and we did did the procedure, which then turned into needing a root canal one month later from their "endo specialist." We just recently went to an endodontist outside of their offices to be told it should've been a root canal from the beginning, and getting a root canal now will not fix the problem due to a crack in the root. New to the office.... Was there 45 minutes early.... Still made me wait over an hour.... They were to verify insurance before the day of my appointment yet did no such thing..... Will never go back..... Told my daughter she has 3 cavities, she didn't believe them went to another dentist her teeth were perfect no cavities.....hummm... Just trying to get more �??????

Worst place to go! A dentist a year ago messed up my teeth filling them and they aren’t evened out right, he got fired and no one ever fixed them! Then just had another dentist tell me he wouldn’t treat my hole in my tooth because it needed to be a root canal and I had dental anxiety! I went to a different dentist and it didn’t have to be a root canal.. worst dental experience of my life was at bright now dental in Sandusky, glad I finally found some where else to go! Appointments take way too long here. 11am apt. First Two hours and spent approx 5 minutes with X-ray tech, 5 minutes with dentist and 5 minutes with tech checking gums and STILL waiting to be cleaned. I’ll be here 2 1/2-3 hours for a check-up and cleaning only!!!! Ridiculous I will be looking for another dentist.
Do not go there too get filling done I have been there multiple times to get fillings put back in the day put in less than three months ago.. update I️ went back 2 different times for the same two teeth and they said nothing was wrong but here is proof there is something wrong
