Where do I begin? My husband and I moved from Ks and had one of the best dentists ever so it's always hard to start over with a new one. I talked to many people before I decided on this place and also found they would take our insurance. My husband had an appointment last week and said the dentist reeked of smoke and that he smoked a cigarette before, during and after his appointment. Worst place EVER. Got a tooth pulled 2 weeks ago.. my mouth is in so much pain my ear hurts my neck hurts... I get there the idiot dentist is behind and rude! He tells me it’s NORMAL ... I didn’t know it was normal to have pieces of tooth coming out of an area where it was pulled I didn’t know it was normal to be in soooo much pain two weeks later.. so he tries to prescribe me mouth wash.... by the end of my wasted time there he did nothing for me and told me I needed to see a diff dentist!!! The worst dental office ever , i did my teeth at bright now dental a year ago and i have been suffering since then because my fillings are high and the doctor failed to fix them worst experience i have ever had .. advice do not go to this place..

I went there today as a new patient for a 3 p.m. appointment with a Dr. Fahreen Pardhan. Couldn't tell you if she did a good job because I NEVER SAW HER. I got there at 2:45p.m. with my new patient paperwork in hand then sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Soon, the 3:30p.m. appointments were being called back. By 3:45 I looked at reception and she check and said I was next. By 4:10 the 4:00 appts were being called back. By 4:20 I got up, told reception to cancel my appointment and I better not be billed. My only frustration was, I came in for an emergency appointment for a horrible tooth and jaw pain. I told the dentist I have been taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and I was still in a lot of pain and nothing was working. At the end Of my appointment he prescribes me 600mg Of Ibuprofen..? So I mentioned again how I have already been taking ibuprofen so they add a antibiotic for me to take and said it should help the pain in a few days.. that doesn’t help me at the moment.. they never mentioned during my exam that I had an infection ... read more
