Service was horrible. We waited almost 20 mins for the staff to take our drink order. Food was decent but nothing to write home about.
Really expensive for what we got. Incredibly slow service. They were nice but we were there 2 hrs!!!
Parts of the order were wrong and our server basically disappeared. The manager was on point though and took care of the food issues. Not a great experience and certainly the food is t good enough to justify the price.
Very overpriced. Breakfast entrees around $20 each. Coffee $4. Looking at $60 for breakfast for 2. Nothing special on flavor. Find somewhere else
Would not suggest dining here. I know New York restaurants are pricey but this was ridiculous. My son and I have breakfast and it cost us $70! My overnight parking was $78! All I wanted was a breakfast sandwich (bacon, eggs and cheese) - sorry we don’t have that. How does a diner not have that?! My eggs Benedict was cold.
The atmosphere is lively and fun but the service was slow and my husbands eggs Benedict came out 5 minutes after everyone else was served and it was cold. The food was average. There are better places to go if you are a foodie but it is a fun atmosphere for kids
No Pastrami at 12:00? 5-6 menu items 86 because of this and main reason I came . Ended up with a burger , definitely diner quality but horribly overpriced , fries tasted like they had been sitting precooked. GM running around making sure door was closed that led outside before second door was opened, made me feel like We were trying to board a flight before our section was called . Had to ask for water 4 times .
Food was mediocre, slow to come out and came out wrong. Service was slow and Unfriendly
Food is good, not write-home great, but good. Service was terrible, very inattentive and cold.
