good product noice wnen work so far work is good .just when it work is noice ,after than silent all time ,torgue save a lot money .maybe one paper cost 1 cent,I had HP inject printer it cost me one peper 50 cent and more.

This Brother Printer is not as good My Brother MFC-7820N finally gave itself up after four year moderate use and used only TWO toners. I searched online and couldn't find another 7820N. Instead I bought this 7360N in last October. It is older model and the toner gave up after only three months. To make thing worse, it refuses printing anything with a "Replace Toner" message on the printer, and message on the computer screen. this is a piece of crap. normally i like brother's products this is a piece of crap. normally i like brother's products, but this one copies with a black line in the middle of all my sheets. i contacted the company and the CSR walked me through some commands and recalibrations and now the black line prints on the edge of all my sheets. I get a message saying replace toner cartridge, so I replaced the toner cartridge and the message is still there.
MFC 7360N I have set up this model and the first thing I noticed is that the display was not lighted. I was very hard to read the information on the screen without getting real close to the screen. I adjusted the contrast, but it didn't do much because it is a backlight issue. The product description does not mention this. So, if you don't mind having to look closely, the unit isn't bad for the price. But not having the information backlighted will slow you down while working.
Good entry-level AIO Laserjet... but I've had issues. Out of the box, easy set-up and ran great. At about 500 pages, the machine's LCD began reminding me to buy a new cartridge. At page 547 (approx. 4 months), LCD read "Replace Toner" and all functions shut down except copying (which looks just like the first copy: great). Spent about 5 hours attempting to search troubleshooting and solutions, without any resolution. Now I get to call the manufacturer's tech support in Banglore! Hip, Hip, Horay!
Great MFC Replaced a HP 3015 that was about 4 years old that quit receiving faxes and quit printing multiple copies. This printer is much faster and is quiet, despite what other reviews said about making too much noise. Haven't hooked to network, so I don't know if that works. Only downside is the printed or copied face of the paper is face-down, bottom first in the paper tray. Just what the doctor ordered... OK, it's only a black and white laser printer. I couldn't afford a color laser. Whenever I need a color print, I go to a Kinko's kiosk (which is seldom). The clarity is superb. Toner will last forever at my rate -- and maybe yours. Truth be told, I got tired of seeing the results of printing with an ink jet!
Bought the MFC for its fast multi-page scanner This machine scans at 15 pages/minute. Precisely what I needed for work. I originally wanted to buy a dedicated scanner, but the Brother can scan/fax/print/copy for $129 w/Amazon Prime. I downloaded "Fast Scan to PDF" software so that I can scan up up to 35 pages (max pages on feeder) into 1 PDF file. The included Brother software cannot combine multiple pages into 1 PDF.
