My service tech, Jose, was timely in arrival, well experienced and knowledgeable, and very thorough in accomplishing his system checklist review. In addition, Jose was very proficient in layman term explanations of system operational matters. The Brower Mechanical Team is highly recommended.

Brower Mechanic is always been very professional and very courteous. They always remember me. They always make me feel comfortable. Brent Gomez the senior service mechanic came out to look at my heating unit. Travis was great, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely fashion. We have a new thermostat, he took the time to explain how everything worked and explained how the scheduling on the thermostat worked. Which I greatly appreciated. Thanks so much Travis!

We began experiencing a wonky glitch in our HVAC system. I called to schedule a technician to come out and diagnose it, and Ryan showed up. He's professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable and informative! He gave me a few great troubleshooting tips, and I could tell that he is trying to get us back on the right path and save us money. I had excellent service from Jose A. It was regular maintenance service. I appreciate the way my questions were answered and suggested options. Great customer service from front desk to service technicians.
I called for service at 9 o'clock in the morning. Travis Harris was out here by 10 o'clock. I had heat before 10:30. Travis was very polite very professional. I could not recommend this company more.
