Really appreciated Jeremy's great customer service and expertise as he performed seasonal maintenance on our heating/cooling system. I had specific concerns about the ducts and vents, so Jeremy did a careful inspection and clearly explained what needed to be addressed and how to reduce stress on the system. Jeremy also helped facilitate a next-day appointment for the follow-up work to minimize delays. We had our hvac thermostat go out on Sunday with our AC running. We were leaving & the unit lcd screen was just blank. We called Brower thinking we'd need an emergency visit to shut off the unit. Jeremy called us back & walked us through removing the unit, replacing batteries, ultimately turning the unit off via the utility box outside. Gabe came to my home, for my semi annual maintenance check, this was the summer visit. Gabe called me 20 minutes before his arrival and arrived at my front door on time. Gabe asked me where the furnace was located and I told him the access was in the ceiling of the master bedroom closet. After being away from the house all day, I came home to my AC not cooling. The unit was set to 70 and reading 79. I don't usually call after hours service but being a Saturday evening in Sacramento during the summer, I needed to have it looked at. I found Brower Mechanical and called for a service call.
