Ordered a Bourbon burger with pepercorns and horsradish. I could taste neither or the condiments.

Went during burger week, left off bacon but wasnt charged. Took too long to check out.

Stopped in before taking in a shoe at the Aronoff. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, the patty melt, the garlic three cheese burger, fries and soft drinks. Drinks were initially brought to our table quickly but were flat and watered down. Our entrees arrived before the appetizers and we had to remind staff of the order. The burgers were good. Food was good but service not so much. Sat for over 30 minutes without drink refills. Otherwise everything else was good.

Took over 45 minutes to get some beverages, others never did arrive. Food came out an hour after ordering which left us in a rush because we had a show time. Seemed to only be a problem with our waitress because hostess and othe wait staff went out of their way to help. First time visiting but may be the last due to frustrations

Some of the worst service ever had. Felt like we had to hunt our waitress down as she never would come check on us. Has to have a another staff member get our refills. Girl who brought out our appetizer dropped a chicken tender on the floor and said she would get another one and bring it out. Never happened. Would not recommend.

This was a Monday afternoon around 1:45. The restaurant was very slow. Maybe 4-5 guests in the whole establishment. The Host was extremely nice seating us but after that the experience went down hill. We waited for our waiter (Ronnie) to come over for at least 5 minutes. When he did waters were dropped off without a word being said and walked away. Came back 5-10 min later, didn’t say hi or how are you. Service started out great but quickly went south after sending back an incorrectly made drink. At the end of the meal the waitress came up behind me reached around and slammed the ticket and my card on the table then disappeared. At no point were we rude in any way towards her. There are a lot of other places with much friendlier staff in the immediate area. Skip this one.
