Bru Burger is usually our go to. We usually love this place. BUT, last night was not one of those days. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other sitting right next to each other. And our server was one of the worst we have had in a long time. She was nice, but all she cared about was the party she was taking care of and not the two other tables she had. It was a half hour before we were able to order. There were only 2 other tables when we got to the restaurant. The waitress seemed to be more interested in talking to staff then taking our orders.
Server kept slamming down items and was mean to us
server had no personality was not very friendly made reservation and put us in back of restaurant was one of the worse time we have had there
We had a reservation after a show. I had to order my drink twice and the waiter brought my husband out the wrong beer. Food arrived within a reasonable amount of time but my husband’s “well done” burger was quite rare. He sent it back after waiting quite a while to get the waiter’s attention. About 15 minutes later he came out with another burger, which was also rare, and it wasn’t the burger he had ordered. At that point we gave up. They took it off our bill and my husband went home hungry.
Loved the food but our server was not welcoming she pretty much just said “You know what you guys want?” no initial greeting. Also verrrry slow bringing our drinks when our drinks were ready at the bar. She barely checked on us after the food came. Besides the service, the food was BOMB!

We have eaten here 4-5 times a year for the past 5 years. Usually a great experience. Not this time. Server says she’s overwhelmed so don’t expect her to smile. Never offered us water. Didn’t ask how my husband wanted his burger done. He asked for no bun. Burger came out super fast with a bun and it was dry and over done. There was lipstick on my wine glass and hubby had to take it to the bar because server never came back to our table. Manager took the glass but no one ever brought a new one. Was looking to have more of a fresh ground beef experience. Patty was a little too round to not have been pre packaged. Disappointed. Very different than expectations
