Russell very good to listen and work to resolve service and scheduling. Everyone is cordial and friendly
Keith and all the people I dealt with answered any questions I had about the car. Everything was handled in a timely manner.
After having my car totaled in an accident, BCS Toyota made the process of getting a new car low stress and easy.
Prompt and did as promised. Arrived early but took my car in and serviced it.
Very happy with the service really I can trust them that they care about me
always a pleasant experience. Tanner is always very helpful and makes my experience super simple and easy.

Haley greeted my family as soon as we arrived at the dealership. She asked about our visit to Toyota and what were we in the market for. She began to provide answers to all of our questions then started showing us vehicles. While Haley was showing us some vehicles Toyota team members were searching for other vehicles on our list. Haley and her Toyota team members worked so well together our visit so enjoyable so we purchased one vehicle and started the process to purchase a second vehicle.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad Haley and the team provided attentive service and made your visit enjoyable. Congratulations on your vehicle purchase! Customer Relations Manager customerservice@purdygroupusa.com
I was told my tire insurance refund and the 650$ I paid at signing would make my first payment, it did not, there is no first payment on my loan from purchase date? Before the dealership took my insurance refund they should have told me about and given me a choice what I wanted to do with it. if my loan had been explained to me more clearly and truthfully I would have kept my traded that I liked much more than my new suv. But it’s too late to turn back now.
