The service department did a quick job of the oil change and tire rotation. The tech that rotated the tires did not report damage to one of my tires. Fortunately I noticed the damage myself. I sent a picture to my service advisor and asked her to use the pic to help train the tech. Heather Beran is a great advisor and a true professional.
