The mileage listed online and in the dealership system was incorrect. It was twice as high as what was listed. The deciding factor for driving 45min to this dealership was because of the mileage listed on the vehicle we bought. Otherwise our experience was a good one and we will visit the dealership again when we look for another vehicle. Nate was GREAT
Ron is always so friendly and explains everything in detail. My car was ready sooner than I expected.
Bobby handled my service appointment professionally. I trust them with my car. Upon arrival, it became clear that the Toyota recall work would require most of the day so the dealership was able to loan me a car. Their unexpected offer allowed me to maximize my time during my vehicle’s service time. This was very helpful for a one-car residence.
