Good service Communicative Thorough and very helpful when it came to the service of vehicle
The salesman (Junior) was friendly and treated you as a friend. He tried to relieve you of any stress in buying a vehicle. The financial person, Aaron, was friendly and good at his job. The General Sales Manager, Khurram, was very helpful in finding a person to help me understand software in the car and ordering floor mats.
Everyone was very helpful, the salesman was very understanding and made us feel welcomed! Thank you for a good experience.

I waited 2 hours & had to leave & come back for what usually takes 30-45 minutes to replace a turn signal bulb. Toyota did not have the bulb in stock and ordered one from a parts store. The parts store took their sweet time delivering. So it’s not really Toyota’s fault & Justin Birdwell did all he could to get it done. Justin did, as always, a great job with the situation.
