I usually speak with Tony, but since he was out, I spoke with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. I do not recall his last name, but he came out of the sales area where I was sitting. He offered me some water and asked if I needed anything. My laptop had just died, and he allowed me to use his phone plug to recharge my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. He didn't have to do it, but he did, and I appreciate that.
