Benjamin was great to work with and quarterbacked my deal to prepare the vehicle as I was 2 hours away from the dealership and used my own financing. On the day we went to pick up truck, my wife decided to trade her Jeep in on a new 4Runner(on the showroom floor). The guys were fantastic and got her deal done on the spot without us waiting all day like we have had to at other dealers in the past. My Sequoia had an EMC failure. Died on a country rode… Toyota towing service towed me to Bryan College Station dealer . They got to my vehicle quickly and repaired and reprogrammed the EMC. Carey kept me informed and the vehicle was ready the next day. Always get good service at this dealership and service center.

I love toyota I i didn't like how nikki handled our transaction. It was like she was not listening to us at all. We constantly had to come back to pick up the car. The car still was not ready after a full day. There was still trash in the car from the previous owner and there was no maintenance or anything done to the car that says it's bring.
