From online to in person, the experience was easy going and relaxed. Never felt pressured to make any decision. Everything was explained very well by Moises. He spent a lot of time with us and answered numerous questions ranging from the car to the dealership and to people we knew related in some way to the dealership. We met with him at least three times to look at vehicles and test drive. This is our 4th Toyota and have no doubt will return.
Everything was good, attention, time, and communication. The agent was always in communicating with me about the progress

James Hutcherson was great with us. He brought us the car we were interested in immediately when we got there. He Answered all our questions. We had a non stressful experience. When we left the dealership, we were very happy and satisfied.
The service was smooth, timely, and professional. I especially want to appreciate Carey who assisted me throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
