this trip was very unusual for me normally this is a relatively smooth interaction.When I picked up my vehicle and was driving out of the parking lot i kept hearing a noise. I stopped and got out and did a walk around the truck when I looked at the front drivers tire and wheel I noticed that the front drivers side center cap on the wheel was falling off and bolts were not tightened and one was missing.i took it back and my service advisor jumped in and got the situation rectified. after leaving the dealership i got home and ... read more
