We had a rough start with miscommunication over a 4Runner we drove 3.5 hours for, only to find it had already been sold. Thankfully, Billy and Nikki went above and beyond to make things right and ensured this was not the typical experience we should have had. They turned our frustration into a positive experience, and we ended up with a different 4Runner that we absolutely love. Great deal, excellent service, and we will definitely purchase here again.
