My part was ordered and came in the next day and was installed by lunch. Bobby Hall is the best. He understood my needs and took care of it immediately

We had a problem with our Camry that required return visits. The problem was very evasive, making it almost impossible to fix. Carey and the service team never gave us. They were diligent in locating and solving the problem.

The customer service is always great. However, the shop wasn't able to fix my flat.
Didn't do full inspection and check brakes. Left oil on door and seat. Staff was spitting on concrete near entrance door.
John Gray was my salesman and he was beyond wonderful! !!! He really listened to what I wanted and explained any questions I had. Even though we had just met, he made me feel like we'd been friends forever! Best customer service ever!! I will definitely recommend him and the Toyota dealership to friends and family!
