Based on what I said in my ticket, he called me, and we could fix the problem over the phone. He wasn't just smart, he didn't make me feel like I was stupid or wasting his time. He's not just a great service guy, he's also a great representative for your dealership.

I always find the service at Bryan College Station Toyota to be excellent. They were able to take my truck in quickly in an emergency situation and, because they have a rental office on sight, I was able to get on with my day within 30 minutes. This was a lifesaver and helped me tremendously. There was no pressure to perform extra work and the service department explained what was wrong very professionally. As a woman, I have often had mechanics talk down to me, that has never happen here. Thank you!
