We had had problems for years with persistent water in basement despite existing sump pump. Their rep came out quickly, explained what needed to be done, and we agreed on a fair price. They came in and discovered that problem was worse than they usually deal with (had to dig deeper), which meant an extra day's work. The team was very responsive and called me multiple times to chat. I sent photos of my foundation, and we determined that it is non-load-bearing. Regrettably that means Budget Dry does not do the work. However, they recommended that I search Angie's List for Masonry, which I will. They were willing to chat with me and email with me multiple times and were very responsive. Determined that their company was not able to help me in a responsive and professional manner.

We had a basement with several cracks that would allow water to enter and cause puddling whenever it rained. The folks at budget dry were quite responsive and sent a representative to my home and got the work done in very short order. The company started on time and made great progress until we found out that our flooring supplier would be a week or more late in getting the material delivered. Budget Dry worked diligently to get the issue resolved and they did. This is not your "cookie cutter" basement waterproofing company. was having drainage from basement wall. small amount with big rains. The company put a trench in, installed a commercial grade sump pump. It has been a year and not a drop of water in the basement. The crew was also great very friendly. good experience

They are very knowledgeable and did a good job. They called later and suggested that the issue was water coming through the window which turned out to be the problem. They checked my sump pump system to try and find where water was coming from.

Great (see above). I'll have to wait until the spring/summer to see how the dehumidifier works, but I sure from my experience with the purchase and installtion, it will work just fine. I contacted a few companies re our damp basement. The bottom line of the project is that it was an excellent experience working with Budget Dry. The team that came out at the scheduled time and did the work were efficient, polite, and professional. The original design of the trench was to go around our boiler and water heater because of limited space between these appliances and the wall. Not to be deterred, the team managed to dig the trench behind these appliances, eliminating the need to bring the trench into the interior of the utility room.
