unknown Installed a dehumidifier. Everything went well. They were on time and professional. The dehumidifier/air filter has changed the whole feel of the basement and my son and I can now spend lots of time down there without any allergy symptoms. Only complaint is the dehumidifier is louder than I thought it would be but I think we will get used to it.

unknown On time and friendly. Replaced my broken sub pump and recommended I get a dehumidifier. Didn't push one on me just provided the advice.

We'd scheduled an appointment for 12:00PM, but Mark was able to stop by even earlier, which was much appreciated. After inspecting the leak in the brick wall, he identified an hydraulic cement patch as the cause of the leak, and recommended we contact a mason to repair the wall itself, rather than purchase services from Budget Dry. Although Budget Dry didn't actually perform any work on our home, I wanted to leave a review here, as I would definitely use them for any future work. used a form of silicone deeply embedded and then a membrane covering. the scheduling was very professional, work was done on time and site was very clean when done. have had no leaks since. sealed a deep crack in the basement wall that 2 other providers had been unable to keep from leaking.

Overall, the project went well and we achieved the desired outcome (a dry basement). We encountered a number of unexpected challenges along the way (e.g., solid granite rock formations found below basement floors). The team is solution oriented and they did a great job of solving all of the issues. Installed water proofing system (I.e., trench drains, sump pumps, dehumidifier)

We were unable to use the Big deal we purchased because it did not apply to the project we had. The company representative thatcame out to our house and was very professioanal and courteous, and we would consider using this company for other projects in the future. .

Worked fine with storm, true test will be in April. Cleaned up pretty well afterwards. They were also careful in my flower garden and saved my perennials that they had to move. Entire project took a little over two days. Created a trench around the perimeter of the inside basement wall by cutting through the concrete, removing soil and placing crushed stone. Laid dual chamber drainage channel and reconcreted over trench. Installed two sumps and piped to two exterior dry wells. It's an entirely closed system.

Overall pretty good. They left a big white floor-to-ceiling white membrane over the crack and that will stay there permanently. Not sure I like that. Wish they had a way to paint and blend that in to the rest of the unfinished storage room in my basement. Overall good and competent service. Repair basement crack after doing the $49 inspection.
